Interstate Construction Specialists (ICS) was formed in 2006 by Mike Generi and Terence Cullen. Both have extensive building backgrounds. Many years ago, these two ambitious men dreamed of building an indoor sports complex. At the time, they could not find a turnkey sports complex company. After years of planning and visiting complexes nationwide, ICS was formed. Its purpose is to specialize in the construction of sports complexes; ICS assists from the beginning stages of planning to the final ones of construction. In 2007, the flagship project known as Interstate Sports Academy (ISA) became a reality and ICS began pioneering on its steady journey to expand and build sports complexes all over the nation.
